Our Appointment Terms of Service Reminder

I just want to remind everyone that it is best to start scheduling your grooming appointments in advance as the HALLOTHANKSMAS holidays are approaching us very quickly. Your groomer can always tell you the recommended return time for your pet’s proper coat care. We recommend have 2 appointments scheduled and then at your next check out making another this guarantees you will always have an appointment when needed. We have been on a new client restriction for months and there have still been difficulties getting pets into an appointment due to vacations and illnesses. I will continue to remind everyone as we near the upcoming holidays. Also if anyone is having issues with at-home coat care between grooming please make sure to speak with your groomer as they can teach you proper techniques as well as recommend the specific tools and products for your pet’s coat to make it less stress on your pet, you, the groomer and your pocketbook at checkout.
